Sin City (Elijah Wood)

An adaptation of Frank Miller's stories based in a morally bankrupt metropolis. Chief amongst the town's residents is Marv (Rourke), who trawls the darkest areas of town looking for the person who murdered Goldie (King) while she lay sleeping in his bed.

It's crazy how many people are set to be in this film. To name a few: Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson, Benicio del Toro, Bruce Willis, Josh Hartnett, Brittany Murphy, Clive Owen, and of course, Elijah who's character's name is Kevin. This is due in 2005. Click here to view trailer.

Shooting Livien (Dominic Monaghan)

A dark psychological drama, Shooting Livien explores the inner psyche of John Livien, a disillusioned New York musician who deals with a childhood trauma by claiming an alter ego. His band on the brink of success, fantasy becomes dangerously blurred with reality as Livien struggles with his identity crisis. At the peak of his insanity Livien decides to take his dementia to the furthest reaches...

Dominic has a relatively large role, his character's name is Owen. I'm not sure when this is to be released. They have to send it to some festivals and then they will know when to release it.

Spivs (Dominic Monaghan)

Jack, Steve and Goat (Dominic Monaghan) are East-End Spivs. They spend their time wheeling and dealing wherever and whenever they can. It's not until Jack and the others get involved with a guy called Villa, and they are landed with a big payday they have been waiting for, when they realise what a mess they are into. At the back of the lorry they have smuggled goods in, they find illigal immegrants. Most of them escape but they are left with 2 kids; a boy and a girl, and have to decide what to do with them...Are they going to look after them and feed them, clothe them, love them, etc. or are they going to leave them on the streets of East-End London. Unfortunately, Dominic does not have a very significant role in this film.

This was an English movie and was not released in the US. I believe you can buy the movie soon. Here's the website where you can see the trailer and find out more info: http://www.spivsthemovie.com/home.html.

The Purifiers (Dominic Monghan)

The story of martial arts clubs who have created their own city infrastructure after tiring of government initiatives. Responding to the greed and corruption creeping into the other clubs, headed by capitalist-wannabe Moses, The Purifiers battle to maintain the successful system which has rid the city of crime and violence.

I don't know when this will be released, it might already be on DVD. Click here for the official site.

Happy Feet (Elijah Wood)

A young, musically talented penguin in Antartica has many adventures which he tells of through song and dance.

Elijah Wood does the voice of "Mumble." This movie also stars Robin Williams and Brittany Murphy. It's not due out til 2006 and it is most likely going to be rated G.

Hooligans (Elijah Wood)

A recently expelled Harvard student travels to London and is introduced to the passion and excitement of the English soccer culture. Note: This was also known as "The Yank."

It's due in (August) 2005.

Everything is Illuminated (Elijah Wood)

Elijah Wood stars in the adaptation of Jonathan Safran Foer's novel about a young Jewish American who endeavors to find the woman who saved his grandfather during WWII in a Ukrainian village that was ultimately razed by the Nazis.

Elijah will act along side Jazon Schwartzman; this movie is due in 2005.

The Seed of Chuckie (Billy Boyd)

Infamous killer dolls Chucky and Tiffany, as well as their gender-confused offspring, endeavor with family life and pursue actress Jennifer Tilly in Hollywood and London.

Billy Boyd's character's name is Glenn and he is Chuckie's son (thanks Nir!), he will act along side Brad Douriff (Grima Wormtongue from The Two Towers). This is due out in the summer of 2004.
